Set Up Enhanced Reservation-less Audio Conferencing With Live Meeting
One Click To Join Conferences
Participants can join both web and audio/phone conferences using "one click". Participants join the web conference first, and then Live Meeting connects the audio conference to the participants' telephone line. Participants may also dial into the audio conference through a touch tone telephone.
Online Audio Conference Controls
The leader/chairperson can control the audio conference directly from Live Meeting console. The chairperson can dial out directly to participants, mute/unmute participants' telephone line, eject participants and lock the meeting through simple mouse clicks.
Internet Audio Broadcasting
An alternative to audio conferencing, Internet Audio Broadcasting enables presenters to stream audio over the Internet so participants only need the speakers on user computer to participate.
To make these options available to your conferences, the chairperson must set up the audio options within Live Meeting as noted below.
